Our direction
The future of the north starts here.
We want to contribute to a region where people can live, work and develop. That takes companies willing to invest, expertise that stays and a long-term commitment.
Jobs that build communities
We want to develop resilient companies and good jobs in Northern Norway. Local delivery makes room for professional growth and a life in the region.
Expertise that stays in the north
We believe in strong professional teams, collaboration and people who take responsibility. Our ambition is to make it attractive to use and develop your skills here.
Smarter operations. Better use of resources.
Through technology, control systems and well-designed installations, we aim to support energy efficiency and longer plant lifetimes. Climate and resource use should be part of the solutions we develop.

We build on what we know and give our companies room to develop. Collaboration across disciplines and a shared direction help us achieve more together.
We believe in Northern Norway. That is why we want to invest here and help make it a place where more people see their future.
